"its ma space"            

Apart from the serious amount of buggies that have appeared over the last year, and the fact that the pusher refuses to have it FOLDED before the bus arrives at the stop. The fact of the incredulous look you are given when you ask them to fold the buggy and the time wasted in doing so is a pain in the arse.

Its a wheelchair space!!! Buggies must be folded at all costs (ie: ma bairn's gonna wake up cos ae that wheelchair).

I quit because of the "its ma space"
mentality. Never mind the epileptic that collapsed or the old dear that fell cos of a ROYAL MAIL VAN THROWING OUT THE ANCHOR AT AN AMBER LIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  The drunk who stands for 3 or 4 minutes finding his daysaver beside his Dic*. The Ar****le who's fare or pass takes 14 seconds to display.

For F**** Sake we have a schedule to keep you Bastar**. Fold the buggy and have your fare ready!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We serve the public but the public rarely serve us.
