hi guys just to add to the eacellent number of blogs i recall one day at hay drive on  a 32 this auld woman frantically waving her arms to me. i reluctantly pulled in on a busy friday afternoon and said quite pleasantly/lol/ whats the problem ? she replied ive been 20 minutes waiting on a no 2, with that i pointed over to the toilet and said well theres the toilet over ther i'll unlock it for ya!! i have to admit her wee face did go red but still customer service at its best lol!!!!
