Investors in People               

we congratulate the management in winning the best bus company in the uk. we would like to thank you for awarding us a bonus which was gratefully received with thanks, we would however like to remind them while they are in the ivory tower looking at the award and deciding what bonus to award themselves that all is not well within the company. the company would probably perform a whole lot better if they showed us a little respect and there would be a lot less arguing and stress related sickness.We do want to come to work and not have to fear bulllying and intimidation, we have enough of that on the road. just give us a litle space to do the job and dont put us under stress if we do actualy need time off with illness, allow us a decent meal break not the usual have your half hour and take bus over late! I  hope you do read this site and take on some of the comments and maybe you will find an upturn in morale and attendance!
you never know if you do make an effort you could always go for investors in people and get another award! as for the DDA course ( Draconian Disciplinary Arrangements) spring to mind!
